A fresh seasonal Italian tomato sauce, with whole Italian olives and capers. This characterful sauce is said to have been born on the island of Ischia. Legend has it that its delicate aroma excites Neapolitan men. Nothing to add, an Italian cooked it for you in Piedmont!

Ingredients

Fresh Italian tomatoes (Origin: Italy) (87%), Olives (Origin: Italy) (8%), Extra virgin olive oil, Capers, Salt, Chili pepper, Garlic, Basilico Genovese PDO.
May contain nuts and milk.

Tasting advice

To cook your pasta al dente: salt the pasta water, cook it and take out the very al dente pasta. Heat the sauce over medium heat in a padella (pan or saucepan), then brown the pasta for a minute to thicken the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano. To cook with fusilli or spaghetti.
