By Italians Do it better

Penne alla Puttanesca

For 4 people :
  • A bag of Italians do it better penne
  • 2 jars of Do It Better Italians Puttanesca sauce filled with fresh Italian tomatoes and whole Sicilian olives
  1. Boil the pasta very al dente
  1. Over low heat, heat the sauce for 2 minutes in a padella (= frying pan)
  1. Take out the al dente pasta, drain it and put your pasta in your padella to finish cooking (1 minute)
  1. Finish cooking your pasta in the sauce, which releases the starch from the pasta and creates osmosis between the pasta and the sauce.
